How do I install the app on my device?

Get Across is a Progressive Web App. On iOS Safari or Android Chrome, tap the share button and select "Add to Home Screen." On desktop, look for the install icon in your browser's address bar.

Is my health data private?

Yes! Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Does the app work offline?

Yes! Once installed, Get Across works offline. Your data syncs automatically when you're back online.

How accurate is the AI food analysis?

Our AI provides estimates based on common serving sizes. For precise tracking, we recommend using the barcode scanner or searching our food database of 500,000+ items.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export all your data in JSON or CSV format from the Settings → Data Management section.
